SHIPPING & RETURNS ❣

✧ FULFILLMENT

Because all Xtracute jewelry is handmade to order, I'm unable to provide exact shipping dates. Each product page will indicate the approximate turn around time. Typically, items take between three and five weeks to be fulfilled for shipment. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.

✧ SHIPPING

I ship orders Wednesday - Friday. If you placed an order with multiple items, the order will ship once all items are ready. 

Once the item is shipped and you have received the tracking number, please refer to the shipping company's policies for delivery timeframes.  

If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, email me before ordering by filling out the form here and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Xtracute Shop is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.

✧ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders to be shipped outside of the United States, please contact me before purchasing at kristen@xtracute.shop.  I will make you a custom listing for international shipping, as prices can vary widely depending on the location and shipping speed. Please note that in the case that your order incurs additional customs or duty charges, the customer covers those costs.  

✧ RETURNS

At this time, I do not accept returns. Please consider that all Xtracute pieces are made to order when you make a purchase, so please carefully read the description of your piece before buying.

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please email me within 14 days of delivery and a refund will be issued after it is shipped back to me. Returned merchandise must be in unworn original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.

✧ REPAIRS

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, you may contact me for repairs or polishings. The cost of repairs varies from case to case, and may take up to eight weeks.

Please include your contact information, order number, and date of purchase.  I'll email you back within 1-3 business days.  I may ask for a photo of the item. ✧ I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests. ✧
